Ingredients
- Orange: fresh, small, peeled and cut-up- Chocolate Milk: 1 cup of Tru Moo or Low Fat- Yogurt: frozen, vanilla flavored.- Meal Replacement Protein: 1-2 scoops as per directed on canister, Chocolate flavored.
Directions
Prep all ingredients and place in blender or bullet. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in a chilled glass with a straw and long spoon. ENJOY!
