Slow cooker honey sesame chicken

1 cup of honey1/2 cup of ketchup1/2 cup Soy sauce1 lb of chicken breast1/2 cup chopped onions2 garlic cloves Sesame seeds 1 tbsp red pepper flakes3 tbsp corn starch
Throw it all in the slow cooker, add a little salt and pepper to the chicken breast before you put it in. you can cook it on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 60-90 minutes.
Once chicken is cooked throughly, remove breasts and cut/shred chicken. with the left over juice, and a mix of 3 tbs corn starch and 6 tbs water. Stir to thicken, then put the cut up chicken back in the sauce. Add sesame seeds and serve.
Serving Size: Makes about 4 (4 oz) servings
