2 small cucumbers, peeled and finely diced 1.25 cups plain greek yogurt (10 oz) 2 TBSP Olive Oil Juice of one lemon (3 TBSP) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dried dill (1 TBSP fresh)
Directions
Combine ingredients and chill for at least one hour.
