Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 4 cup, choppedKale, 1 cup, choppedGranny smith apple - 1 med. apple, choppedPineapple, fresh, 2 cup, choppedCarrot Juice, 1 cup
Directions
Chop all ingredients. Add carrot juice to blender, half of the fruit and veg, and 5-6 ice cubes (if desired). Blend until most of the solid ingredients are incorporated, then add the other half of the fruit and veg. Blend until smoothie is homogeneous.
