Ingredients
Ingredients:Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) 2 cup *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup Coleslaw,(repollo), 0.5 cup*recao, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Sofrito 1 tbsp *Adobo, 1 tsp (al gusto)red pepper flakes (pinch) optional
Directions
In the water Cook all the vegetables together with seasoning for half an hour. Turn off and allow it to cool and then use a blender or food processor.
