Ingredients
3 bananas small2 apples medium5 dates2 cups almonds1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp salt1 cup walnuts1 cup dried berries or raisinsI used cranberries
Directions
preheat oven to 90C/200F
soak almonds over night
mix the first four ingredients in a food processor(i prefer chunky)
in a bowl mix the remaining ingredients
on a baking tray covered with baking paper for small bars with 3 tbsp of mixture. Bake for 90 -120 then turn and bake the same again.
