Ingredients
1 tspnSalt1 tspn Pepper4 strips Green Peppers1 can of beans1 small can tomato sauce1 small potato cut into small pieces1 tbsp sofrito1 minced garlic clove1 can water
Directions
Combine salt, pepper, tomato sauce, sofrito, and garlic in sauce pan. Heat for about 2 minutes. Watch it dont burn. If need to stir. Add water, beans, peppers and mix. Cook for about 15 minutes then add potatos. Cook for another 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
