Oopsie Rolls Kelly Style

Ingredients
4 eggs, separated4 ounces cream cheese1/4 tsp cream of tartarpinch of salt2 T coconut flour
Directions
Beat the eggs whites and the cream of tarter until they are stiff. Beat together the yolks, salt and cream cheese until mixed but not smooth. Leave some cheese chunks. Stir the coconut flour into the yolk and cream cheese mixture, then fold that gently into the egg whites.

Spoon the mixture onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serving Size: Makes 6 rolls.
