Wheat Germ Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs, lightly beaten1/4 cup canola oil2 cups skim milk1/2 cup wheat germ2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto hot lightly greased griddle. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
