chocolate indulgence cake

Ingredients
225 g plain flour85g cocoa powder1.5 tsp baking soda250ml low fat milk2tsp vanilla350g caster sugar1.5 tsp baking powder2 eggs125ml veg oil250ml boiling water
Directions
place all the ingredients except boiling water in a large bowl
beat the mixture until smooth
add the boiling water a little at a time until smooth
pour into prepared baking tin
bake for 25-35 mins at 180C
test with a skewer ( done when it comes out clean)
allow to completely cool in tin.
