Pork Tenderloin Chili

32 oz centercut pork tenderloin, cubed2-16 oz cans Great Northern beans, drained16 oz Garbanzo beans, drained2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup white wine6 cups fat free chicken broth3-4 cloves chopped garlic1 cup chopped onionscumin, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add cubed pork and brown slightly.
Deglaze pan with wine then stir in seasonings to taste.
Add chicken broth, garbanzo beans and one can of northern beans.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Mash reserved northern beans with a fork and add into pot, bring back to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Serve.
Optional serving- top with grated low fat cheese and reduced fat sour cream.
