Jalapeno Cheese Egg Beater Omelet

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Egg Beaters1 oz. Mozzerella Cheese Shredded8 Slices JalapenoCanola Oil Cooking Spray1 tbsp. Salsa
Directions
Spray a small skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, pour in the egg beaters. Cover with lid, checking often. Turn when eggs set enough to turn without tearing. Add jalapeno slices and cheese to one half of omelet. Flip over other half, and transfer to plate. Add salsa over top, and enjoy.
