Portabella Mushroom Pizzas

2- Portabella mushroom caps, destemmed, gutted, and cleaned6 tbsp Hunt's No Sugar Added Premium Pasta Sauce, divided6 tbsp low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese, divided2 pieces of Jennie-O Turkey Bacon
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cook bacon according to package directions, blot with paper towels and break up into pieces.
3. Oil cookie sheet and spray top of mushroom cap with oil and place top side on the cookie sheet.
4. Put 3 tbsp pasta sauce in each cap.
5. Put 3 tbsp cheese in each cap.
6. Divide broken pieces of bacon onto each cap.
7. Bake in over for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is gold and bubbly.
Serving Size: 2 individual pizzas.
