Crock Pot Beef Stew

1 lb beef for stew cut into chunks1 10 oz pkg of frozen vegetables1 pkg McCormick Slow Cookers Hearty Beef Stew Mix1 1/3 c water1 large sweet potato cubed
Brown the beef in a skillet, sprayed with Pam or lightly coated with oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic, etc. if you would like.
When meat is browned, dump into your crock pot.
Pour in the frozen vegetables.
Mix the seasoning packet with the 1 1/3 cup of water, per the instructions and pour into the crock.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, add the cut up sweet potato, and another 1/2 cup of water. Mix and cover.
Cook for one more hour or until the potatoes are soft.
