Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
6 whole chicken breasts, boneless and skinless20 oz can pineapple chunks in 100% juice (no sugar added), undrained7 oz can mandarin oranges in juice, undrained12 oz fresh mushrooms, quartered8 oz can water chestnuts, drained1 medium yellow or sweet onion, cut into large chunks1 medium green bell pepper, cut into large chunks1/4 cup corn starch1/4 cup brown sugar3-4 cups water2 teaspoons Asian seasoning (I used Pampered Chef)3 cups prepared brown rice
Directions
Place all ingredients EXCEPT chicken, seasoning, and rice in crock pot. Stir to combine well. Clean chicken breast and trim of all fat; cut into large chunks and place in crock pot. Sprinkle Asian seasoning on top; stir to combine. Add enough water to just about cover all ingredients. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Cook rice according to package directions and serve with chicken mixture.
