Jenn's Potato Salad

3 lbs new potatoes1/2 cup lite mayo1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt1/2 cup sour cream1 tbsp buttermilk1 tsp cider vinegar2 tbsp crumbled bacon4 hard cooked eggs1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper1 tsp Pampered Chef Dill Mix
In a large pot of salted water, boil whole potatoes for about 20 minutes, cool. At the same time, boil eggs for 15 minutes, cool. Whisk together all other ingredients except for eggs and bacon. When eggs are cool, dice into small pieces. When potatoes are cool, dice into 1 inch pieces. Place potatoes, eggs and bacon in a large bowl. Mix in dressing. Refrigerate or serve immediately, depending on whether you like your potato salad cold or slightly warm. Refrigerate remaining.
