Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 32 oz (remove) Egg Noodles, enriched, 16 oz (remove) *(V) Onion, raw, 10 oz (remove) Portabella Mushrooms, 450 grams (remove) *Kroger Chicken Gravy Mix, 3 cup (remove) *Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove) *Pepper, white, 1 tsp (remove) *Garlic: granulated (Sauers's), 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
SLICE ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS. ADD TO SKILLET W/OLIVE OIL AND SAUTE OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL SOFT (ABOUT 10 MINS)
SLICE CUBED STEAK INTO 1 INCH CUBES ADD TO SKILLED AND BROWN. ADD 12 0Z WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL. TURN DOWN ON LOW AND SIMMER 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BEEF IS TENDER. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER AND 3 PACKS OF GRAVY MIX, STIRRING WELL. TURN HEAT UP AND BRING BACK TO A BOIL, LOWING HEAT BACK TO A SIMMER, STIRRING OFTEN.

IN SEPARATE POT, COOK EGG NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. DRAIN AND PUT BACK INTO HOT POT. POUR CONTENTS OF SKILLET OVER NOODLES AND STIR. SERVE.
