Indian style Lentils and rice

1 cup of prepared rice (above says 1/2 cup- but unprepared).5 cup prepared lentils.35 cup sliced tomato2 tsp garlic.5 green fresh green chili pepperFor the following herbs, use your disgression. (at least two pinches)tumeric cuminchili powdersalt pepper
1. Prepare rice and lentils.
2. Place some vegetable oil in the pan with the lentils.
3. Add the herbs, tomato, garlic and chili pepper.
4. Add the rice.
5. Stir together for several minutes so that the flavors have a chance to mingle.
6. Serve hot.
Serving Size: 1.5- 2 One cup servings
