Ingredients
1 lg onion1.5 tbls olive oil3 tsp crushed garlic1 cup raw carrot, chopped3.25 cup raw zuchini, chopped6 cup cabbage32 oz low sodium vegetable broth2 cup cooked kidney beans1/4 tsp celtic sea salt2 cup francesco rinaldi no added salt pasta sauce1 cup corn kernels1.75 cup cooked chick peas3 tsp basil1 tsp italian herb seasoning1 tsp mrs dash table blendc
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, carrots and zuchini in olive oil. Add cabbage and saute another 5 min. Add veggie broth, pasta sauce, italian herb seasoning, mrs. dash and salt. Simmer for 15 min. Add beans and corn. Cook another 15 min. Add basil, mix well and serve.
