Imitation Crab Salad

Ingredients
2 cups iceburg lettuce1/4 cup marinated artichokes2 TBS of marinated artichoke juice1/3 cup imitation crab2 roma tomatoesOptional ingredientshard boiled eggsslices of carrotolives (black or green)
Directions
Chop iceberg lettuce into bite size peices, place in a bowl.
Seperate the imitation crab for easy eating, and place on top of the salad.
Slice the end peices of the tomatoes off and slice tomatoe length wise into eight sections. Place tomatoes in the bowl around the side.
Place the articoke in the middle and drizzle the juice around the entire salad. MMMMM

    I used only the crab meat, bed of lettuce a tbsp of ranch dressing. - 6/28/08
