Tomato & Rice Hamburger Ghoulash

Ingredients
Yellow Mustard, Chili Powder, Garlic powder, 1/3 cup of molasses, 2-lbs. lean or extra lean ground beef, 14-16 oz canned diced tomatoes, 14-16 oz canned tomato sauce, 1 cup uncooked white, long grain rice.
Directions
Brown Ground beef, remove from heat and drain excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes without draining the liquid. Stir in 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard, 2 teaspoons of chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Add rice and enough liquid to barely cover mixture. Bring to a boil on the stovetop, reduce heat and cover. Simmer until rice is tender(about 20 minutes). Add more water as needed. Stir before serving and enjoy!
