Cheese Cake Pancake

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Light cream cheese2 egg whites, whipped1 Tbsp flax seed meal (ground flax)1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Whip egg white in mixer, set asside. Whip remaining ingredients in mixer, mix in egg whites.

Heat pan or grittle to medium heat. Lightly spray pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Spoon batter into pan and cook until golden brown, use spatula to flip pancake and cook secon side until golden brown. Plate your pancake and top with desired fruit and topping, or enjoy with sugar free pancake syrup.

Serving Size: Whole recipe is one large pancake.
