Ingredients
3 med. red potatoes diced2 cups sliced Bok Choi1 frozen bag of broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix1 - 8oz can sliced water chestnuts drained
Directions
place potatoes in steamer pan and steam 5 to 10 mins.
add rest of vegtables and chestnuts and steam till tender
serve with favorite topping ( butter, cheese, olive oil, or salad dressing toppings not included in nutritional info )
