Salmon Cakes & Asian Slaw

Ingredients
Asian Slaw-1/4 C rice vinegar1/4 C light mayonnaise1 T soy sauce1 T sugar1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp grated ginger1/4 tsp wasabi paste10 C shredded cabbageSalmon cakes-3 (6oz) cans wild Alaskan salmon (I use Kirkland brand)1/4 C breadcrumbs1 egg, beaten1 tsp cumin1/4 C light mayonnaise1-2 tsp wasabi paste1 T olive oil
Directions
For slaw, mix all ingredients except cabbage. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, mayo & wasabi. Form into 12 patties. Heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side or until browned. Serve over slaw.
