Spinach, Tomato and Feta Quiche

Ingredients
Frozen Pie Crust6 eggs - beaten1 Cup Thawed Frozen Spinache1 Tomato Diced1 Package Athenos Low Fat Tomato Basil Feta1 Cup 2% milk
Directions
Poke pie crust with fork and bake until slightly golden brown at 325 degrees.

In the meantime, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Pour egg mixture into baked pie crust and continue baking at 350 for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out cleanly.
