Low Carb Almond Flour Microwave Bread/Cake

Ingredients
large egg3 TB Almond Flour/Meal1/4 tsp salt1.75 TB unsalted butter
Directions
Mix together egg, Almond Flour/Meal, and salt. Melt butter and stir into mixture. Divide between 2 cereal bowls and microwave together for @ 95 seconds -2 minutes. Let cool a bit and remove with spatula, starting slowly at the edges.


Serving Size: makes 2 pieces of bread/cake

    OMGosh this was so delish...been low carbing on and off for years...recommit 100% 2016. Looking for new quick things...added a pinch of garlic powder - sliced in half - toasted and had with 1T cream cheese. WOW - It was very buttery and so yummy! - 1/8/16

    I would suggest using a saucer if you're looking for a more pita bread like shape. Lots of butter beforehand to make it slide off easier after cooking. - 2/8/14
