1LB Ground Turkey2 Green Peppers, chopped1 Red Onion, Chopped1 LG Can Crushed Italian Tomatoes2 SM Cans Stewed Mexican Tomatoes1 SM Can Diced Tomatoes1 Zucchini1 Summer Squash1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed1 Package Ortega Chili Spices (serves 6 at 15 calories)
Brown Turkey in a large pot, add green peppers and onion.
Add all liquid (4 cans of tomato sauces)
Add zucchini, summer squash, Chili Spices and rinsed kidney beans.
Let simmer on the stove top for 3 hours, stirring occasionally OR add all to a slow cooker.
