Low Carb Ham swiss quiche

Ingredients
6 large eggs1 cup half and half5 large mushrooms(chopped)1 cup ham( I use deli ham and chop it up)1/4 cup cheddar cheese5 slices swiss (torn into peices, or use shredded)1/4 tsp onion powderdash of salt, garlic, and pepper
Directions
Set oven to 350. Grease 8x8 glass pan. Sprinkle cheddar on bottom. add mushrooms, ham, and swiss to bottom. In a large bowl, mix eggs, half and half, and seasonings, pour over ham and cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 9 servings.
