Ingredients
1 Bag of PC Carrot Slaw1/2 Large Tomato dices2 T Sun dried tomatoes (finely diced)1 T Pesto Sauce (I use Digiono Basil pesto for calculation but I make my own ...)My spicy trick : 1 T Chili SAuce, Sweet Red Thai Kitchen (sorry for process food!)
Directions
Mix all together... better if you let it sit for one hour in the fridge.
