Ingredients
Beef (pot roast)potatoes, freshcarrots, fresh peas, frozenPlum tomatogarlicsalt and pepperTumericPaprika
Directions
start with olive oil in Tagine, add onions and garlic, lay beef on top. Add your carrots and potatoes and all spices, let cook on stove top for about 1 to 2 hours pending on softness of potatoes and carrots. Add Peas, and tomatoes let cook until peas are cooked.
