Jiffy Creamed Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can of creamed corn1 (15 oz) drained of water kernel corn1 cup of sour cream2 eggs(optional, not included in caloric content) 1/2 stick of butter(optional, also not included in caloric content) 2 cups of shredded low fat cheese. . .
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients (if using cheese, only half in the mix) (other half is for on top)
Put in a non-stick, sprayed with cooking spray, casserole dish and bake in oven for 55 minutes, sprinkling last half of cheese on top last 5 minutes
