Ingredients
1 weight watchers fat free string cheese cut into 4 pieces egg white 1 large scrabbledNature’s Own Honey Wheat Loaf, 1 slice toasted and smashed to make bread crumbs.
Directions
4 Weight watchers Mozarella string cheeses, cut into 4 pieces, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg white beaten. Cut cheese into fou pieces, add to egg and add to bread crumbs making sure to coat every side of the cheese. place on a sprayed baking sheet and bake for 20 min or until nice and crispy.
