2 chopped onions3 cloves garlic1 lb lean ground beef3/4 lb cubed beef sirloin1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes1 cup strong coffee12 oz tomato paste1 can beef broth3 1/2 tbsp chili sauce2 cans kidney beans1 can pinto beans1 can garbanzo beans4 chopped chili peppers2 squares of dark, 90% cocoa chocolate1 tbsp cumin1 tsp oregano1 tsp cayenne1 tsp coriander1 tsp salt
Throw absolutely everything into at least a 6 quart slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours. I would NOT recommend cooking on high at half the time. Let it simmer low and slow!
