Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of water1 tbsp. honey2-3 small to medium Honeycrisp apples ( or apple of your choice) peeled, cored, and chopped1 cup oatmeal1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Optional:1/2 cup (or more) of skim milk
Directions
-Combine the water, honey and apples in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
-Add the oatmeal and cinnamon and return to a boil.
-Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
-Serve portions of the oatmeal and add milk to taste.
