Chinese Shrimp Stirfry

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp3-4 cups green beans/celery, chopped1/2 cup cashew (optional)2 teaspooons canola oil4 cloves garlic1 inch ginger1 teaspoon chili flakes1 tablespoon sesame oil1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon Chinese wine or dry sherry
Directions
Grind the garlic, ginger and chili flakes and set aside. In a small ball add he sesame oil, soy sauce and wine and set aside.
In a hot wok add 1 teaspoon canola oil and green beans and cashews and stirfry until greens are tender and crisp. Add 1 teaspoon oil and shrimp and fry for 2 mins or until slightly pink. Add the ginger mixture and fry for 1 min and then the sesame oil mixture and stir fry for another minute. Remove from the heat and serve.
