Vegan Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
1/4 Cup of black beans1/4 Cup of cooked spinach2 Medium flour tortillas1 tsp black pepper1 oz green chili sauce1/4 avocado2 tbsp salsa
Directions
Lay the tortillas out and on one, spread the mashed black beans. On the other tortilla spread the spinach. Make sure to cover them completely. Spread the green chili sauce evenly over the black bean side. Sprinkle the black pepper evenly over the spinach side. On a skillet sprayed with Pam, place the tortilla side of the black bean half onto it and let it sit for a couple of minutes until it starts to get crisp. Then place the spinach side of the half onto it and let it sit for another minute or so. With one hand on top holding it, use the other hand and spatula to flip the quesadilla over. Let that sit for a few minutes until crispy and lightly golden. When done, place the quesadilla on a plate. Next spread the ripe avocado all over the top and spread the salsa evenly over the top. There you have it. Enjoy!
