Jello Poke Cake

Ingredients
White Cake Mix3 Large Egg Whites1 Cup Water1/4 Canola Oil1 6oz. box of Jello (flavor of your choice)8oz. Cool Whip Lite - for frostingYou can substitute applesauce for oil in the cake. Also, you can use Sugar Free Jello.
Directions
Make white cake mix according to directions on box. While cake is still hot, poke holes using the bottom of a wooden spoon. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups of boiling water and pour over cake. Make sure to get the entire cake. Let cake cool. Frost with Cool Whip Lite
