Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast 3 cups diced celery 3 cups halved red or green grapes 5 medium red apple, diced 6 teaspoons lemon juice 2 cups of Follow your Heart Grapeseed oil Vegenaise 1 cup chopped walnuts
You will need a very large mixxing bowl.
1. Prepare chicken, celery, grapes. Keep these ingredients refridgerated while preparing apples.
2. Dice apples. For each 2 cups of apple, spinkle with one teaspoon of lemon juice. Add remaining lemon juice to apples.
3. In a very large mixing bowl, toss chicken celery, grapes and apples. Add 2 cups of Vegenaise, mix throughly. Cover and refriderae at least 2 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 4 meal size servings
