veggie and ground turkey hamburguers

Ingredients
2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.50 tbsp Olive Oil 150 Carrots, raw 150 Onions, raw 380 gram(s) Shady Brook Lean Ground Turkey 15 grams Bread crumbs, dry, plain 1.5 cup couliflower cooked (by EESMEEE)
Directions
grind (not too much) the carrots, onions and cauliflower. Or you can chopped them in bits. Beat the eggs and add them to the ground meat. Mix. Add the veggies and the bread crumbs. Mix.
Get a chunk of the mix and shape it as a burger. You should get 12 burgers.
Spray the pan with olive oil and "fry" the burgers.
