Ingredients
1 cup of cran-water (unsweetened nautral cranberry juice mixed with water 7 parts water: 1 part cranberry juice and 2 packets Stevia sweetener)1 scoop (approx. 6 tblsp) Whey Protein powder3 oz Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until a smooth consistency is achieved. Pour into tall glass and enjoy.
