Tofu chocolate cake with Flax meal and Protein Powder

Ingredients
1/2 block Firm Tofu2 egg whites100 grams Yogurt (Used 1 silhoutte 35 cal/ cappuccino flavour)2 tsp vanilla extract1 scoop Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (can use cocoa flavour)1/2 cup Flax Meal1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 cup splenda sugar substitute for baking1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
in a blender mix tofu, eggs, yogurt and vanilla. Blend until tofu is completely disolved in the mix. with a mixer whip all dry ingredients. Add wet mix from blender and mix well, fold in the wallnuts. Spray oil in a bakin pan so it does not stick. Pour batter in a small cake pan (8x8) and bake at 350C for 35 minutes.
