Ingredients
1/2 c soy sauce3 T sugar2 T sesame oil8 cloves garlic, minced4 scallions sliced2 T toasted sesame seeds1/2 t black pepper1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced2 fresh jalapeno pepper slivered (optional)
Directions
Cut the steak into thin strips and add to the zip lock bag to marinate.Put all ingredients in a zip lock bag to marinate for an hour. Drain marinade and cook in a wok, stove top grill or hot skillet until cooked through.
