Crockpot Italian Merlot Pork Roast

1, 3lb Pork Tenderloin RoastGarlic PowderOnion PowderSalt & Pepper6 Potatoes, chopped2-3 large Carrots, sliced4 Onions, halved1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, healthy request1 envelope Onion Soup Mix1 can Merlot Wine1 tbsp Italian Seasoning1 tbsp Oregano2 tbsp Garlic, minced1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1. Sprinkle pork tenderloin with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper on all sides.
2. In a large pot sear pork, on all sides, in a little olive oil.
3. Place pork, potatoes, onions and carrots into a 6 quart crock pot.
4. Mix remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl and pour over all items in the crockpot.
5. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove lid and continue to cook another 30 minutes to thicken sauce.
