Ingredients
Ground turkey, dry oats, onion, Worcestershire, soy sauce, steak sauce, desired spices, melted cheese on top.
Directions
Mix ingredients with clean hands, shape into loaf, burger patty, or pressed into a circular cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, or until your preferred level of done. I broil the cheese on top at the end of roasting.
