Chunky chicken salad

Ingredients
2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast3 medium stalks celery,choppedsmall dill pickle,or slices, chopped2 tbsp onion,chopped or minced3-4 tbsp Mayo with olive oil
Directions
boil chicken in salted water for about 20-25 minutes or until done. Set chicken on cutting board and allow to rest.
While the chicken is resting chop celery, onion and pickle.
Chop chicken into small chunks, mix veggies and chicken with mayo in bowl.
eat alone or with lettuce, sandwich, wrap etc.
