Ingredients
4 cups fresh green beans1 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 cup chopped fresh celery1 cup chopped fresh scallionsJuice from one fresh limeOlive oil to coatSalt (optional) and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam 4 cups green beans until just tender.
Chop cilantro, celery and scallions into small bite sized pieces.
Toss green beans, cilantro, celery and scallions in olive oil and juice from one fresh lime.
