Indian Butter Chicken

Ingredients
3 tbsp tandoori paste 2 tbsp lemon juice (use real lemon)2 tbsp yogurt lowfat1 1/2 lb chicken breast cubedSauce:1/2 cup water1/4cup tomato paste1/4 cup seeded and diced redp pepperdash of sea salt1 tsp garam masala1 tsp cumin1tsp coriandor (cilantro)1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp sugar----------1 tbsp butter1 cup half half fat free
Directions
mix first 4 ingriedents together in a ziplock baggie and marinate 2 hours to overnight.

pre heat oven @ 350 put chicken in lasgna pan spread out and cook 20-25 mins

mix ingriedents for sauce and bring to a simmer
reduce heat and add butter and half and half (keep heat low) add chicken and cook 3 mins more but do not boil. Serve with basmati rice.
