Summer squash and shrimp casserole

Ingredients
30 large shrimp (1lb bag)Bisquick 1.5 cups2% cheddar - 1/4 cup + 3/4 cup1 large egg1/4 cup egg whites or ~ 3 egg whites1/8 cup 1% milk1/8 cup canola oil1tsp salt1 tbsp parsely3 medium squash - grated light butter/margarine 1.5 tbsp1 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingrediants except the shirmp, garlic salt and butter. Saute shrimp in butter and season with garlic salt. Add shrimp to mixture and place in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 to 40 mins (until done).
