Raw Ginger Orange Broccoli

2-3 cups broccoli florets, broken down into smallest florets2 oranges, peeled, de skinned and de seeded2 tblsp fresh raw ginger
Wash and chop broccoli. Peel and dissect the oranges, add to broccoli. Peel small wedge of fresh ginger. Mince and add to broccoli. Stir and let set a couple of hours to really defunk the broccoli.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup on the side, a few tblsp atop a salad or stuffed in a burrito/sandwich!
