Turkey "chili" with turkey smoked sausage

Ingredients
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 lb ground turkey13 oz turkey smoked sausage, cut into chunks2 cans white beans, drained1 can pinto beans, drained1 cup chicken stock1 (6 oz) can tomato paste1/4 cup ketchup1/2 cup onions, diced1/2 cup celery, diced1/2 cup carrots, diced2 roma tomatoes, diced1 1/2 cup spinach, frozenSalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp Chili powderDash of onion powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, cayenne, paprika, thyme
Directions
Heat the oil and saute the ground turkey. Add the carrots, celery and onion and cook until tender. Add all remaining ingredients (except tomatoes and spinach) and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and spinach and let simmer another 10 minutes.
